ShortsGrab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

1. Our Service

ShortsGrab is a tool that allows users to download publicly available YouTube Shorts videos. We do not host, store, or distribute any video content on our servers. All videos are processed in real-time from YouTube's servers and streamed directly to the user's device.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notification containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court

4. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

6. Important Notice

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting a notification.
